| Dan is a managing director of Esicon and heads up its IT consulting practice. Dan is an attorney who has spent most of his career in consulting and operating positions, working in IT, Finance, Operations and Outsourcing for several large consulting firms, including Arthur Andersen and Navigant Consulting. He helps Esicon’s clients on litigation readiness planning and on all phases of e-discovery projects. His practice also includes expert testimony and consulting on IT management. Dan has extensive experience with some of the largest and most complex legal data exercises in the world, including tobacco litigation, the Enron matters and high profile criminal actions. He has led data and computer forensic teams responding to SEC, DOJ and OIG investigations. His data analytics experience includes matters of accounting fraud, internet/ecommerce disputes, bankruptcy, securities fraud, and labor and employment litigation. Dan has also consulted with in-house counsel on systems strategy, discovery strategy, records retention programs and matter management. Dan received a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Illinois. Dan is a member of the Litigation and Criminal Law sections of the American Bar Association. |
