Anne is a Managing Director of Esicon and has managed the legal departments for several large and medium sized corporations, as well as been outside counsel. She worked at the General Counsel level for over 15 years, having held positions as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of PeopleSoft, Inc., Vice President and General Counsel for Sega of America, Inc. and Worlds of Wonder, Inc. Anne’s in-house experience included managing litigation and document productions, giving her unique insight in to how to better serve clients’ needs and help them optimize their legal spend.

Anne received a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a B.A. from Northwestern University.

Anne is a frequent lecturer and published author. She served as an Advisor to the American Law Institute’s Restatement of Law Third, Unfair Competition and served two terms on the Board of Directors of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and chaired its Brief Amicus Committee for several years.
